Due to our continued growth, we are currently recruiting for experienced Senior Control Systems Engineers to join our growing team in Perth. Our current projects include design, construction, commissioning, and optimisation for brownfield and greenfield mining, materials handling, mineral processing and port facilities across multiple commodities including iron ore, gold, salt, coal and nickel. Our ideal candidates will have the following: An Engineering degree or similar tertiary qualifications Experience in Australian Iron Ore mining projects / operations Demonstrated experience working in a project environment for either a systems integrator, OEM or an EPCM Relevant PLC programming experience (e.g. Rockwell, Schneider, GE/Emerson) Relevant SCADA programming experience (e.g. Citect, FactoryTalk View, Wonderware, Cimplicity) An ability to interpret electrical schematics and develop control systems designs based on these and other design inputs Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills An ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, in writing and in person Good organisational, time management and decision-making capabilities At Paradigm Engineers, we believe that a positive and proactive attitude is one of the most critical factors for success.
