Job Description We’re looking for a dedicated and detail‑focused Public Area Attendant to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our public and back‑of‑house areas, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and team members. If you take pride in your work, enjoy being part of a supportive team, and have a strong eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you What You’ll Be Doing Cleaning and maintaining public and back‑of‑house areas in line with hotel standards Supporting stocktakes and ensuring proper use and storage of cleaning products Following all safety and hygiene procedures when handling cleaning equipment and chemicals Assisting with housekeeping tasks including room cleaning, houseman duties, laundry, and uniform areas Responding to guest and team member requests promptly and professionally Qualifications A positive, friendly attitude with a strong focus on guest service Physically fit and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining presentation standards Flexible and reliable, with availability to work across a rotating seven‑day roster, including weekends and public holidays Why work for Accor?
