SHE-com Millers Point, New South Wales, Australia Expert Klaviyo Coach We are looking for an Expert Klaviyo Coach to join our coaching team on a freelance or contract basis, working 3-5 hours per week. This role is designed for someone with deep, hands‑on experience using Klaviyo inside e‑commerce brands who is passionate about helping advanced brands optimise their customer journeys and unlock new opportunities using Klaviyo’s latest features, including its powerful analytics tools. About The Role You will work closely with our more established members, helping them optimise their Klaviyo accounts, improve their email marketing performance, and fully leverage Klaviyo’s new customer and analytics capabilities to identify growth opportunities and increase revenue. Key Responsibilities Deliver expert coaching on Klaviyo in live group coaching calls and one‑to‑one sessions Guide advanced brands in optimising flows, campaigns, segmentation, and analytics Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys and increase retention and revenue using Klaviyo’s new analytics features Provide advanced strategy advice tailored to high‑growth e‑commerce brands Stay up to date on Klaviyo’s evolving features, especially customer data and analytics, and educate members on how to apply them Collaborate with the SHE‑com coaching team to ensure an exceptional member experience About You Extensive hands‑on experience using Klaviyo for e‑commerce brands, ideally across multiple industries or niches Strong expertise in customer journey design, retention strategy, and email optimisation In‑depth knowledge of Klaviyo’s customer insights, segmentation, and analytics tools Confident delivering advanced strategy advice in both group and one‑to‑one coaching settings Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills A passion for helping e‑commerce brands scale and succeed Why Join Us Be part of an inspiring and supportive community Work flexibly on a freelance basis with a passionate, mission‑driven team Make a real impact by helping ambitious female entrepreneurs grow their brands Collaborate with other top e‑commerce experts Application If you are driven by the opportunity to empower female entrepreneurs, we would love to hear from you.
