Customer Support Specialist @ Klaviyo Join Hatch to support customers as a Product Expert for Klaviyo. Key Responsibilities Develop deep knowledge of the Klaviyo platform. Provide high‑quality support via email and live chat, resolving issues for APAC customers. Diagnose software problems and manage escalated complaints using established processes. Document troubleshooting steps and maintain support knowledge base. Transform workflows by integrating AI tools to build smarter systems. Who You Are Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self‑motivated, eager to learn in a collaborative environment. Creative problem‑solving and adaptable to changing priorities. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, G‑Suite, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Zendesk, Salesforce. Familiar with DNS, IP, networking concepts, APIs, email marketing platforms, e‑commerce platforms. Already experimented with AI tools and excited to explore new workflows. Requirements Full authorisation to work in Australia without restrictions. Availability to work weekends (Tuesday‑Saturday or Sunday‑Thursday shifts).
