Clinical Sales Consultant – Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine RehaCare is expanding — and we’re looking for a confident, motivated Clinical Sales Consultant who’s ready to build a rewarding career in medical devices and rehabilitation. This role is responsible for sales, clinical support, and education in the use of RehaCare’s advanced orthopaedic and sports medicine solutions — technologies that help patients recover faster and move better. If you have a background in biomedical engineering, prosthetics/orthotics, nursing or biomedical science, and the confidence to engage with surgeons, doctors and allied health professionals, this is your opportunity to build a successful career in clinical sales. Your Role Build and manage relationships with doctors, specialists, and clinic owners. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions in clinics and hospitals. Provide clinical support and guidance to healthcare professionals on product use and patient applications. Manage key accounts and identify new opportunities to drive growth. Achieve sales targets, supported by strong mentoring and leadership. Represent RehaCare at conferences, workshops, and professional education events. Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer success and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Prosthetics & Orthotics, Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related medical discipline. 1–3+ years’ experience in medical devices, healthcare sales, or clinical support preferred. Confident communicator — able to engage comfortably with doctors and senior clinicians. Strong presentation, organisation, and relationship-building skills. Self-driven, eager to learn, and motivated by achieving results. Current driver’s licence and ability to travel within Australia (occasional NZ).
