Multiple part-time opportunities available at our Karrinyup and Innaloo branches Genuine opportunity to begin a long-lasting career Work as part of your local community Bring your best-self to connect with customers from all walks of life We at Westpac have a number of exciting Personal Banking Advisor roles available across our Karrinyup and Innaloo Shopping Centre branches These branch-based, customer-facing roles are at the heart of our branch network, and will see you welcoming customers to Westpac and engaging in meaningful conversations to uncover their needs and provide them with tailored banking solutions. You will utilise your product knowledge to assist customers in achieving their financial goals – both in‑person and over the phone – and referring them on to our specialised Banking teams when necessary. This is a rewarding role which will see your dedication and expertise empower customers to make the most of their money, each and every day Available rosters: Innaloo Shopping Centre: 9am – 4.30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, and 9am – 5pm on Thursday. Karrinyup Shopping Centre: 9.30am – 4.15pm Monday to Friday What do I need? Customer service and sales experience, ideally in a customer‑facing / phone‑based role with experience of working to targets Resilience , with an ability to remain calm and composed whilst managing challenging situations Comfortable in working towards sales / referral targets and calling customers over the phone Numerical capability , ideally with proficiency in cash handling and counting, with ability to complete financial transactions with accuracy An energetic personality coupled with a genuine passion for helping people The will to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies No banking experience? No problem. Your vibrant personality, eagerness to learn and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer service are key to excel in this role.
