We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead complex, large‑scale programs, act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, and drive the design and delivery of innovative Salesforce solutions across multiple industries. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading the end‑to‑end solution architecture, defining technology roadmaps, and ensuring Salesforce programs are robust, secure, and aligned to enterprise standards. You’ll guide cross‑functional teams, oversee integration and data strategies, and champion best practices in architecture, DevOps, and governance. Beyond project delivery, you’ll play a key role in growing their Salesforce capability, mentoring talent, and contributing to go‑to‑market initiatives. Responsibilities Lead solution architecture for Salesforce programs, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business goals Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders and guide technology roadmaps Oversee integration, data migration, DevOps, and architectural governance Manage delivery risks, scope, and timelines across multiple teams Drive adoption of emerging Salesforce technologies and industry‑specific solutions Mentor and develop talent while contributing to thought leadership initiatives Experience Extensive experience leading Salesforce solution architecture and large‑scale implementations Strong track record of influencing C‑level stakeholders and managing cross‑functional teams Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and industry solutions Hands‑on expertise in DevOps, DataOps, and Salesforce testing frameworks Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive transformation outcomes Qualifications Salesforce certifications such as Certified Application Architect, System Architect, Platform App Builder, and Administrator Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry certifications Proven experience working on multi‑million dollar enterprise projects Why you should apply This is your chance to step into a leadership role with one of the world’s most recognised consulting brands.
