Whittlesea Community Connections – Epping VIC The L2P admin support provides effective support to the TAC L2P program by providing accurate information to potential learners, their guardians and case workers. In addition, work collaboratively with the coordinator to ensure active mentors and learners are compliant in the program and data entry is completed in accordance with WCC policy and procedures. Volunteer Responsibilities Respond to enquiries and referrals in consultation with the coordinator Assess and enrol eligible learners into the program Ensure compliance forms are completed for both learners and mentors Complete L2P data entry and any other documentation required by the Department of Transport and Planning Ensure L2P mentor and learner data are up to date on CDS and kept confidential complying with WCC policy and procedures Support the coordinator in reviewing eligibility and evaluation to the program Support program promotion through social media Participate in WCC and L2P mentor meetings Perform other duties as required by the coordinator Category Community Services Commitment Regular - more than 6 months Type Of Work Administration & Office Management Time Required 4 hours per week at a minimum #J-18808-Ljbffr
