This role is all aboutworking with our internal teams on ourdigital success programmes, ensuring our clients see measurable value and stay connected to ourproducts. What You’ll Do Work ondigital success campaigns that keep customers engaged and informed. Create and refresh playbooks for customer journeys, ensuringthey’reeasy to follow and impactful. Collaborate withinternalteams to deliver consistent messaging and value propositionsincluding marketing and product. Monitor engagement metrics and KPIs, turning insights into actionable improvements. Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to refine strategies and assets. Produce compelling enablement materials that empower teams and customers alike. Champion digital-first engagement, ensuring every touchpoint feels seamless and on-brand. AgenticWorkflows operational modelacross customer success journeys. What You Need to Succeed A marketer at heart with strong organisational and project management skills. Experience in customer success, digital marketing, or campaign management. Comfortable with data-driven decision-making and reporting on performance. Excellent storytelling and content creation skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience withDXP, CMS, DAMor CDP is a plus.
