Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Port Melbourne | Type: Full-time | Team: 2 direct reports | Brands: Sherridon Homes, Marque Property Group, Soho Living, Evo Homes and more About the Role We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who knows how to think big and get their hands dirty. At AHB Group, Victoria’s number one volume builder and one of Australia’s leading residential construction groups, we’re growing fast across multiple brands. We need a digital leader who can bring strategy, creativity and execution together to strengthen our online presence and drive measurable results. You’ll lead a small team of two Digital Marketing Specialists, steering our digital strategy across all group brands from Sherridon and Marque to Soho and Evo. You’ll oversee campaigns, websites, SEO, CRM and lead‑generation activity, while staying involved when things need to get done. What You’ll Do Lead, coach and inspire a small digital team to deliver high‑performing campaigns. Develop and execute a digital strategy that builds brand awareness and drives enquiry across all AHB brands. Work closely with marketing, sales and external agencies to optimise user experience, content performance and website journeys. Monitor and analyse digital metrics including SEO, social and CRM, turning insights into action. Balance strategy with execution – guiding your team but also jumping in when needed. About You You’re a data‑driven marketer who thrives in fast‑paced environments. You love shaping big‑picture strategy but you’re also happy to roll up your sleeves. You understand the building industry or can quickly learn it, and you know how to make brands stand out in a competitive market. You’ll Bring 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in property, construction or a related field. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, CRM, analytics and website management. Experience leading and mentoring a team. Excellent stakeholder and agency management skills. A proactive, collaborative and can‑do attitude.
