Our Children's Services Team are passionate educators and leaders who create safe, engaging environments for young minds to learn, grow, and thrive. Across 40 NSW schools, our OSHC Educators and Coordinators deliver enriching before- and after-school care, packed with creativity, play, and learning. Every day, our team runs programs that include sport, creative arts, cooking, and more—working closely with children, families, and schools to support development in a healthy, inclusive environment. Inspire and influence young hearts and minds Create valuable opportunities outside of the classroom Unique casual role with flexible hours and working arrangements We seek a Casual diploma-trained educator to support children at our OSHC services at Mayfield West in the Newcastle region. To be considered for this role, a minimum availability of 3 afternoons per week is required, with shifts starting from 2 pm. Our Out-of-School-Hours Educators are the sharp minds and friendly faces inspiring and influencing the next generation of young people. Acting as both teacher and role-model to young students from over 50 NSW schools, they provide engaging, exciting and interactive activities through our Before School, After School and Vacation Care services. As a member of our OSHC family, you’ll be responsible for the safety and well‑being of developing young minds, while supporting our OSHC Coordinators to ensure our services stay the very best they can be. You’ll work closely with the children (and their parents), sharing your wisdom, support and passions with them to help them grow.
