Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer A senior delivery-focused role where you’ll combine deep Salesforce expertise with DevOps capabilities to lead enterprise-level Salesforce projects from design to deployment. Contract Details Initial 12 months contract 2 × 12 month extensions NV1 Mandatory Key Responsibilities Lead Salesforce development teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Collaborate with business analysts and architects to design scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions. Champion “config over code”, leveraging out-of-the-box Salesforce features and best practice customizations. Manage Salesforce releases through CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and oversee development environments. Present technical designs and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and governance frameworks. Act as a trusted advisor, providing evidence-based guidance to stakeholders. Technical Skills & Experience Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I & Administrator (mandatory), Platform Developer II & Omnistudio Developer (desirable). Strong declarative Salesforce skills: Flows, Permission Sets, Security Models. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, case management, and omni-channel routing. Proven ability to manage releases and troubleshoot errors in development, configuration, and deployment. Experience with CI/CD pipeline management in Azure DevOps. 5+ years in leading enterprise Salesforce projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. NV1 security clearance. Portal and console interface design using Salesforce Lightning and Omnistudio. Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce workloads.
