We’re a small, passionate all-female team and we’re seeking an Architectural Graduate / Building Designer /Interior Designer with strong Revit skills and a keen eye for design and documentation to join our studio. The Role You’ll work closely with the Director and senior designers to deliver exceptional residential projects from concept to construction. This position involves hands‑on involvement in all project stages, with a strong focus on documentation for approvals and construction. Responsibilities Produce accurate and detailed drawings in Revit for CDC, DA and CC submissions Develop and coordinate architectural documentation packages in line with council and NCC requirements Liaise with consultants, certifiers and builders Assist in concept and design development stages Support the team in delivering multiple residential projects concurrently Develop detailed interior design concepts, schedules and joinery documentation Produce comprehensive Revit drawings for tender, construction and council submission Select and specify finishes, fixtures, lighting and materials to align with Dezcon’s design vision Coordinate with consultants, suppliers and builders to maintain design integrity Contribute to presentations and client meetings Assist in project management through all stages – from design to completion Qualifications Must be creative, technically skilled and passionate about design excellence and able to thrive in a collaborative studio and take pride in accuracy, efficiency and beautiful detailing.
