Take the lead on premium hospitality and aged‑care interiors, shaping design with your expertise and vision. You’ll drive concept development and design integrity across a variety of high‑profile projects, while mentoring junior designers and influencing the studio’s creative direction. With hybrid flexibility and a design‑focused environment, you’ll have the space to do your best work and the support to keep pushing boundaries. What you’ll do Lead interior design across hospitality, aged‑care and hotel projects, guiding concepts from initial ideas through to delivery. Presenting concepts to clients, managing feedback and maintaining strong relationships will give you valuable influence over the final outcomes. You’ll also coordinate closely with architects, engineers and builders to keep everything aligned with budget, buildability and design intent. Mentoring junior and mid‑level designers will be a key part of your impact, helping develop their skills while maintaining the high quality of the studio’s output. You’ll also contribute to business development through proposals and pitches, helping to grow the practice. Staying up-to-date with design trends, materials and technologies in hospitality and aged‑care will let you bring fresh ideas into the studio, keeping projects innovative and relevant.
