Reporting to the Head of Design Innovation , this role offers the opportunity to lead design initiatives, manage FF&E and finishes, and contribute to strategic projects across greenfield and brownfield developments. As a Senior Interior Designer, you’ll be responsible for: Collaborating with internal and external clients to develop and refine design briefs Resolving design challenges and incorporating feedback Reviewing documentation for new and existing sites Detailing joinery, FF&E, and presentation boards Presenting designs to residents and stakeholders Attending project meetings and supporting delivery and fit-out Contributing to strategic initiatives and business cases Supporting internal and external design teams Building and maintaining strong relationships with residents, suppliers, and team members About you: You’re a creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a strong eye for detail. You bring: A tertiary qualification in Interior Design or Architecture 8+ years of experience in interior design Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino or Revit Excellent organisational and documentation skills A commitment to environmental sustainability Strong research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement capabilities Confidence in decision-making and influencing across teams High-level communication skills and workshop facilitation experience If this opportunity excites you – we’d love to hear from you We look forward to seeing how your design vision can help us build better environments .
