Restaurant Manager – BEACH – Full Time Position The Trustee for BFG Unit Trust – Byron Bay NSW Job Type: Permanent | Full Time Job Description About Beach: Beach Byron Bay is the North Coast's premier restaurant and function venue. This busy, iconic destination restaurant is hugely popular with locals and visitors, located on the beachfront with panoramic views. What We Are Looking For At least 3 years’ experience managing a high‑performance team in a quality establishment. Knowledge of food, wine and beverages. Excellent communication, organisational and decision‑making skills. Ability to implement systems and procedures, set and achieve targets, and comply with RSA legislation. Strong prioritisation and ability to work well under pressure. Full Australian working rights. Availability to work nights and weekends. Responsibilities Lead and manage a large, top‑performing team. Maintain staff rosters in accordance with budgets. Coach and develop staff through training. Assist with the organisation of events and functions. Conduct stock takes and order inventory for restaurant and wine list. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally. Oversee hosting and reservation management. Who You Are Passionate about food and hospitality. Self‑motivated, professional, with strong attention to detail. Thrives working as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. Well‑presented and punctual. Benefits Salary commensurate with experience (starting from $70,000 to $85,000). Staff discounts and meals. On‑the‑job training. Working days: Monday to Friday. Public holidays and weekend availability required. Shift availability: Monday–Sunday (afternoon, morning, evening).
