This Full‑Time role is perfect for a motivated hospitality professional who thrives in fast‑paced, premium dining environments and is ready to take the next step in their management career. You’ll support the Venue Manager in driving service standards, leading a high‑performing team, and ensuring every guest enjoys the authentic Gradi experience. Required 3–4 years of hospitality experience within premium or high‑volume restaurants. Previous supervisory or Restaurant management experience. Strong leadership and communication skills with a natural ability to coach and develop a team. Experience with cash handling, stock control, and overseeing daily operational procedures. Ability to manage service flow, resolve guest concerns, and maintain high service standards. Availability to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays. Salary – Full Time, $80,000 per year. Location – 400 Gradi Crown, Southbank. About the Role As Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Venue Manager with the daily operations of our iconic Crown venue. You’ll guide and motivate the team, lead service across busy shifts, maintain operational standards, and ensure the venue runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll also assist with rostering, onboarding, training, inventory management, and cash‑up procedures, while driving a fun, professional and service‑focused environment.
