BCAL Diagnostics Limited has also entered into an exclusive licence agreement with ClearNote Health Inc, a US-based precision diagnostics company, for the distribution of ClearNote Health’s pancreatic and ovarian cancer blood tests in Australia and New Zealand. BCAL’s growing portfolio of oncology offerings creates new opportunities to work with more doctors and build new strategic partnerships. Strategically, the agreement expands BCAL’s position as a leader in cancer detection, complementing its breast cancer test program by adding high-value, clinically validated cancer tests to BCAL’s pipeline. THE ROLE: As a Referrer Engagement & Sales Representative (Part Time or Full Time) at BCAL Diagnostics, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and understanding of BCAL Diagnostics cancer detection tests. Your primary responsibility will be to engage, educate, and build trusted relationships with specialists, general practitioners, key healthcare professionals, and advocacy groups. You will act as a strategic liaison between BCAL Diagnostics and the clinical community, delivering clear, evidence-based information about our products and the clinical application. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, strategic selling, and stakeholder engagement skills to effectively position BCAL Diagnostics as a leader in early cancer detection. We are seeking an energetic, dynamic, motivated individual to join our growing team This role is ideal for someone passionate about preventative health who thrives on building strong relationships with healthcare professionals. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE (SELECTION CRITERIA): Proven experience in medical, pharmaceutical sales, clinical liaison, or related roles with demonstrated engagement with Specialist and Doctors. Strong understanding of clinical workflows, particularly in oncology. Experience in business development, strategic sales planning, and account management. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with both clinical and non‑clinical stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Healthcare, Nursing, Business, etc.). At least three years proven experience in the field. Strong computer literacy skills with MS Office suite.
