About Our Rooms We have two locations: St Leonards (North Shore, close to transport and amenities) and Manly Vale (Northern Beaches). Both sites offer purpose‑built, sound‑proof therapy rooms with large windows, natural light, and ample parking. Each room has a kitchen and spare area for staff. About The Role, Practice and Us We are seeking Registered Psychologists (clinical or with endorsement) who are AHPRA registered and have completed overseas skills assessment. Early career psychologists and master's students are also invited to apply. We offer a career progression pathway and flexible arrangements for independent contractors (minimum 2.5 days per week). Our practice delivers quality individual, relationship and family therapy to a broad range of clients, with strong patient retention and outcomes. Job Description Conduct assessments and provide psychological therapy (using evidence‑based approaches such as ACT, CFT, DBT, narrative, CBT, Schema, EMDR, MI). Liaise with other treating health professionals by phone, email and reports. Build and maintain client and referrer relationships; market yourself and the practice to potential referrers. Engage in fortnightly individual supervision and case consultation. Participate in administrative and collegial support activities. Demonstrate commitment to client retention, therapy duration, and outcome measurement. Potential growth into Clinical Team Leader or Principal Psychologist roles. Desired Criteria Relevant clinical experience, competency in evidence‑based therapy models, strong communication skills, and a proactive client and referral engagement approach.
