About the role: As Counter Manager, you will drive business performance, lead a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional luxury experiences across skincare, makeup, and fragrance. With a focus on personalised service and client connection, you’ll represent Lancôme’s commitment to elegance, empowerment, and cutting-edge beauty solutions.
