Yeah, this isn't that. We’re looking for a Senior Solution Consultant who can turn great conversations into great outcomes — no chasing, no spreadsheets of strangers. Our marketing team is killing it , which means the leads are warm, real, and ready to talk. You'll help them figure out what they actually need (not just what's shiny) and turn that into elegant, workable IT solutions. Want to know a bit more? Here is Brendan Ritchie to tell you a bit more about what we are looking for what you can expect: What You’ll Be Doing Talk to qualified inbound leads - no cold calling, no random dialing Run discovery sessions, scope opportunities, and collaborate with delivery to make magic happen Turn business-speak into tech plans (and vice versa) Write proposals that make sense to *actual humans* Coach junior consultants and help them level up Keep your CRM tidy because your future self deserves nice things About You You're sharp, calm, and know how to talk to executives without making PowerPoint your personality. You can listen, translate, and get people genuinely excited about what's possible with smart technology. You've done the consulting/pre-sales thing before, and now you're after a role where you can lead conversations, own outcomes, and start stepping toward management without losing the fun of doing great work.
