THE ROLE We are looking for experienced Sous Chefs & Chefs de Partie who want to lead, influence and be part of a kitchen that is moving forward with purpose. This is not a “hold the fort” role - this is hands‑on leadership, supporting our Exec and Head Chefs to drive: A high-performance, respectful team culture Consistent quality across all stations Structured prep systems and recipe accuracy Menu development and innovation High-volume service with calm, capable control If you thrive in environments where standards matter and growth is constant, you will fit in here.
