Overview Grove Construct refers to the manufacturing arm of the broader Grove Group. Building high end modular and relocatable buildings in a compressed timeframe, we are the market leader in a challenging and expanding market. We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our successful team based out of Pakenham, Victoria. We have multiple positions for Trades Assistants on our onsite install team, preferably with carpentry experience, working in all aspects of modular building construction. The on‑site install role is predominantly site based where you will be required to travel with the team to and from sites, leaving from our Pakenham yard. There are also times where you will be required to stay away for a short period of time during an install. The role also requires you at times to be based in the yard at Pakenham doing all sorts of work in preparing our modular constructions ready for delivery to our customers. Reporting to the Team Leader you are a self‑motivated individual who can work under pressure and in all conditions. At times you may work autonomously or as part of a team. Skills and Experience RIIWHS204D certificate for Working at Heights is required Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) is required White Card is required Full Driver's license is required Forklift License is preferred Yellow Card – EWP (scissor, boom up to 11 m, vertical lift) is preferred HR License is preferred Trade experience is preferred Strong work ethic and can‑do attitude Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Good problem‑solving skills Ability to utilise hand and battery tools Willingness to follow instructions and learn on the job Ability to Pass Full Medical Application Questions Do you have a heavy vehicle driver's licence?
