Join the team at North End Bakehouse as a full-time Baker in our Shepparton, Victoria location. As a skilled Baker, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality baked goods that delight our customers. What you'll be doing Preparing and baking a wide variety of pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and company standards Ensuring all baked products meet quality and presentation requirements Monitoring inventory levels and proactively communicating supply needs Maintaining a clean and organised work area in compliance with health and safety regulations Collaborating with the team to identify process improvements and implement best practices Providing excellent customer service and responding to inquiries as needed What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef in a bakery environment Strong knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and ingredients Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure to meet production targets Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays Adaptable and eager to learn new skills to contribute to the team's success What we offer At North End Bakehouse, we are passionate about creating a positive and supportive work environment for our team, offering training and encouragement to enter competitions throughout the industry, and giving our team a great work/life balance with some of the best working hours around About us North End Bakehouse is a family-owned bakery that has been serving the Shepparton community for almost 12 years.
