Baker / Apprentice Baker

We are looking for an enthusiastic Baker or Apprentice Baker to join our team at Bakers Delight in Shepparton, Victoria. As a fulltime role, you will play a vital part in the production and delivery of high-quality baked goods to our customers. If you have a passion for baking and creating delicious artisanal products, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. This position requires availability for early morning shifts. What you'll be doing Preparing, mixing, and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and company standards Ensuring the proper handling, storage, and rotation of all ingredients and finished products Maintaining a clean and organised work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations Assisting with the daily operations of the bakery, including customer service, inventory management, and equipment maintenance For apprentice bakers, completing on-the-job training and coursework to develop your baking skills and earn your certification What we're looking for Proven experience as a Baker, no experience as a Apprentice Baker, with a strong understanding of baking techniques and food safety practices.
