National Director - External Affairs & Engagement The National Director – External Affairs & Engagement reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the external affairs & engagement outputs of Master Builders Australia. Areas covered include Media, Campaigns, Corporate Affairs Communications, Events, Partnership and Corporate Subscription programs, Grant Programs, and government relations advocacy with the CEO and National Director – Policy & Legal. The role leads a team of 6 direct reports and oversees third‑party service providers to deliver the external affairs & engagement outcomes. Minimum qualifications: 15+ years of external affairs experience, with proven success in campaigns, programs and/or events. 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams. Location: Canberra.
