Comprised of a team of multi-lingual immigration lawyers, we build our strong reputation as winners and pride ourselves on our staunch commitment to providing our corporate and individual clients with the most efficient strategies and pathways for their needs.About the rolesWe are looking for experienced immigration professionals with strong knowledge of Australian immigration law.Associate 2-3 PQELegal Knowledge & Skills:Must have recent and relevant experience in at least 3 of the following migration matters:
Family SponsoredSkilled MigrationEmployment SponsoredBusiness & InvestmentHumanitarianCitizenship with good character / Ministerial discretion concerns
Experience in Judicial Review preferred but not a prerequisiteMust have experience in Merits ReviewIdeally have experience in handling various complex migration matters, such as but not limited to:
Visa cancellationsSchedule 4 Public Interest Criteria waiversSchedule 3 and its waivers
Senior Associate 4-6 PQELegal Knowledge & Skills:Must have recent and relevant experience in at least 5 of the following migration matters:

Must have experience in Judicial Reviews and Merits ReviewsConfident in handling various complex migration matters, such as but not limited to:
