Position Profile We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic person to a Deputy Manager position in our Central Sterilising Supply Department (CSSD). In this position, the successful applicant will coordinate and supervise day‑to‑day management of CSSD which includes the daily supervision and monitoring of staff performance including staff disciplinary issues and assessing workloads, ensuring staff are adhering to protocols and procedures within the department. In addition to this, the successful applicant will authorise, verify, monitor, and maintain human resource management and payroll systems information in collaboration with the Theatre Nurse Unit Manager.
