About the Role You will be the welcoming face of the clinic while keeping the office running smoothly. Your work will include: Greeting clients and managing reception Scheduling appointments and managing clinician calendars Handling phone and email enquiries Processing payments and Medicare/NDIS claims Supporting clinicians with admin tasks Keeping the clinic organised, clean and well-coordinated Assisting with basic project, reporting or documentation tasks Training is provided in all systems and processes.
