Investor Relations Manager

Finance & Investor Relations Manager Location : Sydney Reports to : Head of Investor Relations Role Overview The Finance & Investor Relations Manager will play a critical role in managing and executing investor relations activities across two listed real estate investment vehicles. This is a hands‑on, detail‑oriented role that blends financial analysis, results reporting and market communication. You will manage day‑to‑day investor engagement, prepare market disclosures, support results communication and work closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy and clarity across all external financial messaging. The position requires strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with institutional investors, analysts and retail shareholders. Key Responsibilities Act as a primary point of contact for investors and analysts. Respond to investor queries and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, conferences and virtual events. Prepare ASX announcements, quarterly updates and investor presentations. Support earnings calls and draft Q&A briefing notes for management. Ensure compliance with ASX Listing Rules and corporate governance standards. Monitor analyst coverage, consensus estimates and investor sentiment. Provide insights on market trends and peer performance to senior management. Prepare board reports and investor materials. Collaborate with finance teams on results reporting and disclosure accuracy. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years' experience in investor relations, equity research or corporate finance. Experience within the REIT or real estate sector is essential. Strong understanding of ASX reporting requirements and REIT fundamentals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills. Key Skills Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building capability. Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for diverse audiences. High attention to detail with strong organisational skills. Proactive, adaptable and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment. Other Information Newly created position. Office‑based role.
