What You’ll Do Create and serve premium cocktails, wines, and beverages with creativity and precision. Deliver warm, engaging, and personalised service that makes every guest feel like a regular. Share your knowledge of spirits, wines, and mixology trends to enhance the guest experience. Keep the bar looking immaculate and well‑stocked, from garnishes to glassware. Ensure responsible service of alcohol and uphold our brand standards of excellence. Be an ambassador for the hotel, showcasing our unique atmosphere and commitment to luxury hospitality. Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to exceed expectations. Assist with bar promotions, tastings, and special events that showcase our brand. Demonstrate “Passion for Excellence” by serving guests with flair and professionalism, ensuring their requests are quickly and efficiently achieved. Ensure all guests are provided with personalised service and achieve the “Essence of Pleasure.” Embody the art of French hospitality through a “can‑do” attitude. Assist in stock management, including inventory checks, restocking, and rotation of supplies. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a premium or luxury venue or hotel. Strong cocktail, wine, and spirit knowledge. Valid RSA certification. Confident, energetic, and guest‑focused with a passion for hospitality. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Well‑presented with a professional yet fun attitude. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
