Minimum Certificate 3 qualification in either Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability. A passion and energy for world class care. Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes.
