Our Service Advisors are integral to the success of our business. Working closely with our new Service Manager, Grant Morris, they play a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience — greeting our guests on the driveway, following through on work being completed, ensuring everything runs on time, and seeing our guests out with a smile each afternoon. Our ideal team member has the following: Previous Service Advisor experience, while not necessary, will be viewed favorably A can do, customer focused attitude Ability to work autonomously and within a team A day in the life of our Service Advisors includes: Greeting of guests on the driveway Checking in of vehicles ensuring all work is noted Following up of vehicle progress throughout the day Communicate with our guests on their vehicle’s progress Finalize the work completed (both customer charge and warranty) Take payment from the customer Deliver an exceptional experience About Ken Mills Toyota Over 20 years, over 100 wonderful staff, two state‑of‑the‑art workshops and countless awards - the Ken Mills Toyota story keeps growing and evolving.
