Responsibilities will include: Greeting and serving customers for the service department. Advising customers on vehicle updates regarding repairs or servicing. Following manufacturer and dealership warranty policies effectively and efficiently. Coordinating daily service appointments. Meeting individual and team targets. Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. Preparing for next-day appointments. Booking customer vehicle services via email, phone, or face-to-face. Preparing Repair Orders and Job Sheets for workshop execution. Promptly invoicing customers. Effectively addressing customer concerns. Specific skills required: Consistently creating a memorable customer experience. Explaining the value of vehicle services and repairs. Working cooperatively in a team environment. Genuine care for external and internal customers. Exceptional organizational skills with strong time management. Previous experience using Era Power DMS (highly regarded). Previous experience using Xtime booking system (highly regarded). Nissan, Mitsubishi, Kia, Subaru FCA brand experience highly regarded Ability to communicate with internal stakeholders. Current driver's license is mandatory. A passion for the automotive industry and the brand. Ability to logically solve problems. Strong attention to detail and communication skills. High level of personal presentation. Strong computer skills and effective use of dealership DMS (EraPower). Commitment to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
