We are seeking passionate and adaptable Educators to join us in a unique full‑time role supporting multiple centres within a region. As a Float Educator, you will be permanently employed full‑time (38 hours per week) and work across a group of centres, providing support where it is needed most. This role gives you the stability of secure employment with the variety of working in different learning environments. Study allowances to upskill qualifications (including Early Childhood Teaching degrees, TandCs apply) Travel allowances (TandCs apply) About the role Facilitate the learning experiences for your allocated group of children Be part of a collaborative teaching environment Maintain effective communication with the parents throughout the service Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs Create a friendly, secure and stimulating interactive learning environment Maintain positive working relationships with all team members Ensure a high level of health and safety standards are maintained at all times About you Certificate III/Diploma/Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards or ACECQA approved) Current Working with Children Check Working knowledge of the National Quality Framework including: National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) Nurture authentic connections with our children and families through interaction, curriculum and documentation Excellent verbal and written communication skillsFirst Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one Little Zaks Child Safety Commitment Little Zaks Academy is a Child Safe Organisation.
