This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about selling, supporting customers, and delivering an exceptional experience. You will be the pivot point between retail guests, trade partners, and internal departments, ensuring that everyone from holiday-makers to local manufacturers gets the parts they need. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience & Retail Sales Expert Advice: Provide friendly, expert advice on our huge range of parts and accessories (e.g., solar systems, towing gear, plumbing, and electrical). Showroom Standards: Maintain a clean and inspiring retail space, ensuring merchandise displays are fully stocked and priced. Transactions: Handle sales via our POS system, managing cash, card, and finance transactions accurately. Internal Workshop & Trade Support Service Supply: Ensure our Service Department technicians have the parts they need, exactly when they need them, to keep the workshop running smoothly. B2B Partnerships: Act as a trusted supplier for local manufacturers and trade businesses who rely on the JB Group for their components. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, handle transfers between warehouses, and assist with ordering for warranty/insurance jobs. Operations & Logistics Stock Movement: Manage the receipt and dispatch of goods (some heavy lifting required). Safety & Machinery: Operate efficiently and safely within the warehouse. Forklift and EWP licenses are highly regarded (or must be willing to obtain). About You Experience: Retail sales experience is great; RV or Automotive Parts experience is even better. The "RV" Mindset: A genuine interest in camping, caravans, or 4x4ing helps you connect with our customers. Problem Solving: You don't just sell products; you find solutions for people's travel setups. Tech Savvy: Comfortable with computers, including Microsoft Office and Inventory systems.
