Part Time Temporary until 30 June 2027 Hours: 22.8 hours per week; days and work times can be negotiated Pay: $55.72 - $58.19 per hour + super Salary Packaging: Available Location: Based in Wodonga/Wangaratta The role of the MARAM Capability Coordinator is to develop, deliver and evaluate a MARAM alignment plan for the Ovens Murray region. This role is instrumental in providing specialist knowledge to steer MARAM alignment initiatives and activities that support the achievement of the Ovens and Murray Family Violence Partnership priorities. Position Requirements Tertiary qualifications in social work, public health, public policy, community development or a related discipline. Demonstrated understanding of the nature and dynamics and the social and political context of family violence, including awareness of issues relating to cultural diversity, gender-specific and gender-sensitive service development and delivery. Appropriate level of experience in building and maintaining strategic relationships with a broad range of key stakeholders. Demonstrated understanding and working knowledge of the MARAM Framework. Exceptional skills in stakeholder management. Ability to facilitate the organisation of events, education and training with a demonstrated ability in report writing and presentation.
