Steadfast Mining Maintenance is a full-service mining maintenance provider based in Stawell, Victoria. Steadfast Mining Maintenance prides itself on exceptional service and high-quality workmanship, with a range of services including technical and trade labor hire, underground mobile plant hire, light vehicle and service vehicle hire, and consulting services. Steadfast Mining Maintenance is committed to upholding its core values of reliability, quality, and service in cutting‑edge ways to ensure optimum equipment performance and uptime for its clients. Troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and overhauling underground mobile plant including trucks, loaders, drill rigs, service vehicles, generators, and pumps. Conduct periodic service inspections to identify machine faults, report the faults, and implement solutions to minimise downtime. Using computers, instruments, and specialised tools to diagnose and repair faults. Complete all maintenance administration requirements in a timely and legible manner. Actively participate in toolbox and safety meetings. Participate in Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and JSA’s. Role Requirements: Trade Certificate (Australian Recognised). Current Drivers Licence (Heavy vehicle and High-Risk Work Licence is also highly regarded). Be able to work in underground conditions. Flexibility to move between projects and work shift roster when required. Attention to detail providing high‑quality mechanical repairs. Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical, drug & alcohol screening and police check. Demonstrated ability in applying the site safety systems requirements. Demonstrated safe, professional, and productive behaviour. Experience with CAT, Epiroc, and Sandvik equipment is highly regarded.
