Brisbane | Tier 1/2 Builder | Landmark Developments Our client is a nationally recognised construction group known for delivering premium commercial, residential, and mixed‑use developments. With a strong pipeline of high‑value projects across South‑East Queensland, they are seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to play a critical role in project delivery. About the Role As a Senior CA, you’ll take ownership of contract administration across landmark projects—from procurement through to final accounts. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and Site Team to ensure commercial and contractual control across the build. Key Responsibilities Manage procurement, scopes of work, and subcontractor negotiations Assess and manage variations, claims, and progress payments Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and risk protocols Support financial reporting and project forecasting What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a CA or Senior CA within commercial construction Solid understanding of head contracts, subcontracts, and project cost control Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar Why Join?
