Change Manager Finance

This is a key Change Manager position within a major ERP transformation program, focused on uplifting the Finance capability across the organisation. You will work closely with program leadership, business SMEs, and technical delivery teams to ensure end users understand, adopt, and embed new processes and systems. This role would suit someone confident operating in complex environments, able to simplify information, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. What you will do Develop and execute end-to-end change strategies, communication plans, and transition activities Facilitate workshops to understand impacts, processes, and readiness Create change artefacts (impact assessments, change plans, stakeholder maps, training needs analysis) Work with Finance and Payroll SMEs to ensure process and system changes are understood and embedded Prepare business areas for go-live and post-implementation hypercare Partner with project leads to ensure adoption is tracked and risks are managed Support the Finance & Payroll Change Lead What you will have done Delivered end-to-end change management for Finance system transformations (essential) Worked on complex ERP programs (preferably SAP S/4HANA, but open to other platforms) Led business readiness, training, stakeholder engagement, and post-go-live support Simplified technical information into clear messaging for non-technical audiences Built strong relationships with senior stakeholders and delivered outcomes in fast-paced environments Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.To apply please click apply or call Adelle Yen on 61 for a confidential discussion.
