guides staff members and project stakeholders by providing hands-on support, monitoring and optimization of all infrastructure components in support of each product.What You’ll Do:Provides daily guidance and coaching for team members, helping develop and grow talentDevelop, test, resolve, and document new software features for training and deploymentCreate and implement a strategic plan for all Transit software installationsTroubleshoot Transit technology software and document issues and expected resultsAct as a Project Lead and main point of contact between the IT department and Clients to ensure highest degree of customer satisfactionCoach direct reports on providing effective consultation services to internal and external customersEnsure team members are advising the available technology and employing best practices in the use of Transit technology; ensuring that each customer’s deployment of transit technology are optimized for maximum valueDeliver educational programs to continuously increase both internal and external stakeholders use of the Transit technology product suites through the use of e-Learning and digital content delivery methods and certificationsDefine, implement and monitor individual and team KPI’s and metricsProvide on-going training and coaching on all services and productsExecute project plans to ensure that MTM and MTM Transit are delivering superior customer care and delivering the latest and most applicable versions of the Transit technology to our vendorsClient Relations: Effectively communicates with Project Managers, General Managers, Executives, and ClientsParticipates in strategic planning sessions with Technology LeadershipActively listen and probe customers (internal and external) in a professional and timely manner to obtain further details and purpose of the issue reported.
