THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a full-time On‑Site Customer Relationship Coordinator (or CRC for short) to join our busy Point Cook office. The role focuses on effectively managing the client experience from site start through to completion of the client's new home, ensuring a timely and orderly progression through the building process. Reporting to the Team Leader, the CRC’s responsibilities include: On‑site coordination of client files Maintain a professional approach in all dealings with the clients, face‑to‑face, verbal or written Ensure all conditions in the Building Contract are met Record and maintain accurate and appropriate client discussions and information Conduct follow‑up calls when required Booking Site inspections when required Effectively communicate and maintain the professional link between clients and site personnel to ensure feedback and resolution Maintain customer files with relevant contract, variations and other required documentation WHO YOU ARE We're looking for someone with experience within the residential building industry and a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service. An adaptable communication style that enables quick rapport building, the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and a capacity to multi‑task with a flexible and organized approach are essential. High attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and strong planning, organizational and time‑management skills are also desired. To be successful in this role, you will have: Knowledge / Experience in the building & construction industry will be favored Experience in a customer‑focused role with conflict and problem management focus Framework experience will be favored Proven ability to work in a pivotal customer contact role in a customer focused, time‑critical working environment Highly organised – ability to multi‑task and deal with a variety of activities Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to work in a positive and professional manner in a goal‑oriented environment WHY JOIN US?
