What Makes a Bravo-Fit We provide a robust opportunity for members to enjoy fun and affordable fitness through a high-value, low-cost model. As the home of the Judgement-Free Zone, we offer a clean, comfortable and non-intimidating environment for all guests. The focus is on general fitness for first‑time gym-goers rather than powerlifting or bodybuilding, ensuring every member’s journey feels rewarding and celebrated. Skills and Experiences Excellent phone and communication skills Ability to follow directions well Ability to work well independently Must have an upbeat and motivating attitude Punctual and organized Remit Greeting and saying goodbye to all members and guests Monitoring club access to members and non-members Answering any questions and handling member complaints Explaining the Judgement‑Free Zone to all members and non‑members Answering info calls over the phone and taking messages Giving club tours Sell memberships, complete membership agreements, and enter new members into the database Operate the Point‑of‑Sale system and collect any balances of past‑due accounts Make appointments for Personal Training sessions Organize and maintain the customer service front desk Complete member welcome calls Completing club walk‑arounds Assist with club housekeeping and restock any paper products in locker room Perform beginning‑of‑day and end‑of‑day procedures Be available to newer team members for questions and guidance Complete monthly Black Card Spa maintenance as assigned by management Experience / Qualifications Previous customer service experience is advantageous Certificate 3 in Fitness Currently First Aid and CPR certified, or willing to obtain within first three weeks (provide copy or proof) Must hold a Working with Children certification (WWC NSW & VIC, Blue Card QLD) or proof that the process has begun from employment commencement Must have completed a National Police Check certificate within 12 months of application date Bravo Core Values Faith & Grit Guardian Of The Gate 1% Better Every Day Seniority Level: Entry level | Employment Type: Full-time | Job Function: Other | Industries: Health, Wellness & Fitness #J-18808-Ljbffr
