Location: Melbourne, Victoria About The Role As a Client Intake Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for new clients - handling enquiries, conducting intake interviews, and ensuring every client feels supported and informed. This is a people-focused role where empathy, communication, and organisation come together to create a positive start to each client’s journey. Key Responsibilities Respond to client enquiries via phone and email. Conduct compassionate intake interviews and gather key case details. Assess eligibility and schedule consultations for solicitors. Manage client data accurately in our case system. Maintain confidentiality and deliver exceptional client service. What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine desire to help people and deliver excellent client experiences. High attention to detail, organization, and adaptability. Experience in client intake, administration, or customer service (legal or medical background valued).
