Finance Officer – Keep Our Numbers Dancing What you'll do: You'll be the maestro behind the money, making sure everything adds up and runs like clockwork Your day-to-day will include: Payroll perfection – End-to-end for 15 staff, including super and STP Money moves – Accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations Membership magic – Billing and reporting that keeps our community thriving Bookkeeping brilliance – Compliance and accuracy at its finest Financial storytelling – P&L, balance sheets, aged debtors/payables Team support – Help with recruitment and onboarding Plus, any other tasks that make you the ultimate right-hand to our General Manager of People, Operations and Sustainability Organisational Context Reconciliation WA (RWA) is a not-for-profit organisation providing leadership, advocacy and support to people and organisations driving the movement for Reconciliation in Western Australia (WA).
