Are you an experienced Automotive Accessory Fitter looking for stability, variety, and the chance to work across multiple brands? Our multi-franchise dealership in Geraldton is growing, and we are seeking a motivated and reliable professional to join our workshop team. About the Role You will be responsible for fitting a wide range of accessories to new and used vehicles across several well-known franchise brands. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who takes pride in their workmanship, enjoys variety, and can work efficiently in a busy dealership environment. Position Responsibilities Fit, install and test a variety of automotive accessories (tow bars, bull bars, canopies, UHF radios, electrical accessories, roof racks, suspension kits, etc.) Carry out pre‑delivery accessory installations for new vehicles Assist with light mechanical work and general workshop duties where required Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and dealership standards Maintain a clean and safe workspace Liaise with the Service Advisors and Parts team to ensure accurate job costing and workflow Provide high‑quality customer service when required About You Experienced in automotive accessory fitting (dealership or aftermarket experience highly regarded) Confident with both mechanical and basic auto‑electrical installations Safety‑conscious with strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work as part of a close‑knit team Able to manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities Holds a current WA driver’s licence Why Join Us Work with multiple leading automotive brands Supportive team environment with ongoing training Opportunities for career growth within an expanding dealership group Stable, full‑time role in a thriving regional city Competitive remuneration based on experience How to Apply If you’re looking for a long‑term opportunity in a reputable and growing dealership, we’d love to hear from you.
