Business Manager – Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Pennant Hills Auto Traders – Thornleigh NSW Join a dealership that is expanding rapidly across passenger, commercial, and 4x4 segments. As our new Business Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless finance, insurance and customer experience while supporting our sales team to drive strong results. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and detail-driven professional who thrives in a high-volume automotive environment. About the Role You will be responsible for managing all Finance & Insurance (F&I) processes, supporting customers through their purchase journey, and ensuring accurate, compliant documentation from initial consultation through to final settlement. You will promote our full suite of finance and insurance products, maintain close relationships with our finance partners, and play a pivotal role in maximising dealership profitability. Key Responsibilities Finance & Insurance Sales: promote and present all Finance & Insurance products to every new and existing client. Manage the entire F&I process from introduction to approval, documentation, settlement, and delivery. Ensure all product information, campaigns, and offers are up to date and communicated correctly. Achieve monthly F&I targets and KPIs. Drive sales and revenue growth by promoting our finance and insurance products and services. Providing Finance and Insurance advice to all potential customers. Provide clear, professional finance and insurance explanations to customers. Deliver consistent, high-quality service to diverse customers across New, Used, and Commercial vehicles. Process all F&I paperwork accurately and in line with compliance requirements. Receipt vehicle deposits and delivery payments with absolute care and accuracy. Liaise closely with finance providers to ensure seamless approvals and accurate documentation. Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and manufacturer finance workshops when required. Maintain strong relationships with our finance partners and industry contacts. Support marketing initiatives and contribute to dealership campaigns. Monitor monthly results, opportunities, and performance trends. Proven experience as a Business Manager in the automotive industry with 5-10 years of experience. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and compliance awareness. Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure. Competent with Microsoft Office and dealership POS/DMS systems. Ability to connect with customers and create trust during the finance process.
