We are exclusively recruiting a Senior Infrastructure Engineer/Solution Architect for our long‑term financial services client to deliver projects in the Australian business of a prestigious global brand. Reporting to a positive, dynamic and collaborative Head of Infrastructure, you will lead hands‑on technical delivery of infrastructure projects in a Microsoft environment. You will work with project managers and business stakeholders to scope, design and deliver end‑to‑end infrastructure solutions for the business, while supporting the maturing of delivery and architecture practices. You will own and deliver solutions, and collaborate with other technical team members to deliver solutions. Your key skills and attributes will include: Professional solution delivery attitude and willingness to help in a close‑knit, highly collaborative team environment; no task will be too big or too small. 10+ years of Windows Server solution design and delivery experience. Expert networking skills. DevOps experience, including pipelines, GitHub and PowerShell scripting. Fantastic communication and IT/business stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in financial services or highly professional environments. You’ll join a supportive, high‑performing team that is delivery‑focused and free of politics.
