Supplier Quality Manager

As Supplier Quality Manager, you will lead and develop our supplier quality team, working closely with our Chinese counterparts to ensure alignment and continuous improvement across sites. You will play a key role in managing supplier audits, supporting volume allocation decisions with data‑driven insights, and developing supplier performance evaluation tools. Key responsibilities include: Lead and develop the supplier quality organization in MCI Denmark Drive global supplier audits and evaluations for both development projects and existing suppliers Support supplier volume allocation decisions with data‑driven insights Develop and maintain supplier performance evaluation tools in collaboration with global teams Support the development of key component specifications and mitigation of root causes Ensure continuous development of team capabilities and engagement Contribute to overall quality strategy and improvement initiatives You are an experienced quality professional with a background in supplier management, preferably within a technical or manufacturing environment. You thrive in a global role, leading teams across cultures and time zones, and enjoy collaborating with both technical and commercial stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you most likely: have 5+ years of team lead or management experience are experienced with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality systems have a strong understanding of quality tools and processes are fluent in English (spoken and written) have strong analytical and communication skills preferably hold a Six Sigma Green Belt certification Joining MCI means becoming part of a global Maersk company that designs and manufactures the world’s most energy‑efficient refrigerated containers.
