Contract opportunity until 30th June 2026 with possible extension Attractive and competitive daily rates Location: MelbourneDaily rate: $750p.d. to $800p.d. incl super About the role As a Program Manager you will be accountable for leading complex, multi-stream programs that support strategic and technology objectives. This role ensures delivery within scope, budget, and schedule, while managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement across engineering, product, and IT teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage integrated program plans, schedules, and budgets and oversee execution of multiple interdependent projects to achieve strategic outcomes. Ensure alignment with our client’s technology portfolio (e.g., HFC, FTTP, FTTN). Establish and maintain effective governance frameworks and reporting processes and identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies. Track benefits realization and ensure compliance with PMO standards. Act as the key liaison between senior leadership, delivery teams, and external partners and communicate program performance, risks, and issues clearly and effectively. Demonstrated experience managing large, complex programs in enterprise environments. Telecommunications or large-scale infrastructure experience and familiarity with hybrid fibre‑coaxial and fixed‑line technologies is preferred Strong knowledge of program/project management methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2). Expertise in change management and end-to-end delivery lifecycle. Proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, and program reporting tools. Commercial acumen, with supplier and contract management experience.
